📋 Refund & Return Policy

At ERP Bio Solution, we take great pride in the quality of our professional lifestyle consulting and our premium wellness products. Because our programs involve personalized time allocations and strict health and safety standards for our physical inventory, we enforce the following refund policy:
1. Professional Coaching & Consulting Services
All sales for lifestyle, health, and wellness coaching programs—including The Metabolic Balance & Conditioning Kit—are final once your first 1-on-1 consulting session has commenced or your client intake form has been processed.
We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for unused coaching sessions once a program has officially started.
2. Physical Merchandise & Skincare Retail
Opened or Used Products: Due to strict hygiene and safety regulations, any dietary supplements (including R-3 capsules), fitness topical formulas (including TS-10 gel), or professional-grade peptide skincare (including the Viktoria DeAnn collection) cannot be returned or refunded once the original holographic or plastic safety seals have been broken or opened.
Unopened Products: We accept return requests for completely unused, unopened, and factory-sealed physical items within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
3. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel a pending kit order before it has shipped or before your first coaching session has been scheduled, you must submit a written request to our support team within 7 days of purchase to be eligible for a full refund.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that your physical tracking journal, supplements, or skincare serums arrive damaged during transit, please email our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof. We will promptly ship a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
